Hello. I welcome you here, friend. Let's stay here for a bit, explore and connect virtually. In this blog space, I'll share some of my views and experiences and anything I find interesting and encouraging personally. I am a lover of everything healthy: healthy body, mind, mental, spiritual, relationship, food. I believe living healthy is how we are supposed and created to live. Unfortunately, it is challenging to start, maintain and commit due to the many struggles we can easily get ourselves into within this complex world. Living a healthy lifestyle is a choice. Not only is it a good choice but also a wise one because we get to be the first to reap the benefits from it. Others will then, in extent, be benefited from us indirectly. To know what is healthy requires some learning to begin with. The learning is a continuous process. We learn and practice and the more we practice the more natural it becomes. Having said that, we can never attain perfect health because we are not in ultimate control of everything and we don't need to. Doing our best to keep our health within our capability is the goal.
How to benefit from this website? Well, I would write blog from time to time. You may read the entire blog and when you get to the end, try to spend time in pondering questions found in the Reflection section of the blog post. We, human beings, are meaning makers. Understanding and agreeing are different from making meaning out of one thing, in my opinion. Things that we can make meaning out of, into our personal context, would have greater impact to our lives. Information and knowledge don't always make great impact on us until we internalize it and able to draw personal application from it where we involve the prefrontal cortex in our brain.
